The AP even has no effects on the skills, and the mage makes best damage with the skills. This skill is only good for full lightning buffers, and there are not many, the only use for it is for farming metins or to buff someone with poly. Its more effective for others then for yourself. The other skills are just more useful in nearly every situation, that is why I never have any cheap Perfect World Gold on it.
